Bonjour, je propose à la location, un appartement d'une superficie de 80 m², refait à neuf pour une colocation de 3 personnes.

L'immeuble se trouve en face de l'hôpital et de la faculté de médecine.

Le bien est constitué de 3 chambres (11m²) avec dressing, TV, wifi (fibre), bureau et lit 140*200 (une parure de literie complète est fournie), climatisation/chauffage réversible.

WC séparé et spacieux.

Cuisine tout équipée comprenant le frigo, 3 compartiments, congélateur, cafetière, four, plaque de cuisson, hotte, lave vaisselle, micro onde, évier et nombreux rangements.

Dans la partie salon se trouve le coin cocooning avec le canapé 3 places, table basse et jolie déco et le coin repas avec la table de 2M de long légèrement surélevée.
